Linden Festival 2022 “Rebirth”

Oct 14, 2022

Linden Hall High School students organized and held Linden Festival at the school on October 9 (Sunday). For the past two years, we had held the festival online because of the corona pandemic.

While the preparation period was relatively short, the students of the Linden Festival Event Committee worked hard on every step of the process from planning to event implementation. Both the stage performances in the morning and activities in the afternoon were a great success.

Chairman of the Linden Festival Event Committee, Kosei Fukahori (Grade 10), kicked off the morning segment with opening remarks.

Grade 7 students presented on “Quality Education”.

Grade 8 put on a theatrical performance, “Introduction to the Escape Room”.

Max Zee from Grade 9 made a speech about “Queen Elizabeth II”.

Karen Yamaguchi from Grade 10 spoke about her “Experience in Canada”.

Reiki Ishibashi from Grade 11 explained the “Science of the Science Show”.

Reiki Ishibashi and Taiki Ishibashi performed on the drums.

In the afternoon segment, attendees enjoyed a haunted house, escape room, game center, game with dice, stamp rally, treasure hunt, photography and art exhibition, used book sale, jewelry shop, etc. There were also skillful live performances by students in the music room.

We would like to extend a warm thank you to the parents and guardians who helped us with the event as well as everybody who attended Linden Festival.
