Our school, together with Tsuzuki Ikuei Gakuen, has received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Kyushu Association of Interpreters, Translators and Guide-Interpreters at its 2026 Annual General Meeting in recognition of our English Kabuki performance at the opening ceremony of the 21st General Assembly of the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations, which was held in Japan for the first time this February.

The five-day General Assembly, held from February 9 to 13 under the theme "Future-Oriented Sustainable Tourism," brought together more than 600 tourist guides and tourism professionals from 47 countries. Participants discussed topics such as the role of tourist guides in sustainable tourism and approaches to addressing overtourism.

Regarding our English Kabuki performance, the association commented:
"Because the performance was presented in English, it was greatly appreciated by participants from overseas. It was also a significant achievement to showcase, from Fukuoka to the world, the next generation of globally minded young people."
We would like to once again express our sincere gratitude to the Kyushu Association of Interpreters, Translators and Guide-Interpreters, the World Federation of Tourist Guide Associations, and everyone else who made this valuable opportunity possible through their generous support and cooperation.
We will continue to build on this experience as part of our students' learning and personal growth, while further promoting Japanese culture to audiences around the world.
