The Junior and Senior High School Division regularly welcomes exchange students from overseas. During May and June, we were delighted to host students from our partner school, St Hilda's School, as well as an exchange student from the United States through Round Square. They have been enjoying school life alongside our students, participating in classes and a variety of daily activities.
On weekends, the exchange students took part in several cultural excursions. In Fukuoka, they experienced wearing traditional Japanese kimono at the Fukuoka Castle Ruins, visited Ohori Park, and learned about the history and traditions of Noh at the park’s Noh Theater.

Some dormitory students and their buddies also joined them on a trip to Kitakyushu, where they explored Mojiko Retro and Kokura Castle.

We hope that these experiences gave our exchange students a deeper appreciation of Japanese culture and created many lasting memories.
We will continue to support our exchange students throughout their stay while encouraging meaningful interactions and friendships between students from different cultural backgrounds.
