A Visit from Bluebells School (India)

Jun 9, 2025

On the 6th of June, 15 students from Bluebells School in India came to visit our school.

The 5th of June is the UN's "World Environment Day", while June itself is "Environment Month". These are celebrated by countries around the world.

On this day, both schools introduced their environmental activities, and engaged in mutual group discussion.

In this group discussion, active exchange of ideas in English occurred regarding such topics as "are the environmental problems of Japan and the environmental problems of India the same? Or else, in order to solve these problems, what kind of cooperation can each country provide" and "what kind of influence do humans have on their environment?"

Afterwards, a school dance and a tea ceremony were presented.

In addition, the ethnic clothing of India, as well as some snacks, were presented to the school, and the students of both schools were able to engage with each other's culture.
