Today, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Japan, Dr. Sergiy Korsunsky visited the Japan University of Economics (JUE), a school within the Tsuzuki Education Group to which Linden Hall High School belongs.

Since March, Linden Hall High School students have been organizing a street fundraising program to support JUE students from Ukraine, inviting them to Sports Day, and creating opportunities for exchange. Particularly given that the JUE students from Ukraine are only slightly older than the Linden Hall High School students, these efforts have promoted the development of an important cross-cultural relationship.

Maria Tsuzuki (Grade 12), previous student body president and head organizer of the Ukraine Peace Summit, in which Linden Hall High School students and Ukrainian students from JUE will discuss war and peace, represented the students to welcome the ambassador at this event.
