Mr. Sakai of year 8 has achieved the grand prize at the 58^th Kawai National Piano Competition.

After last year's competition, this marks the second consecutive grand prize. This is apparently the first time this has happened in the history of the competition.

Mr Sakai, a sincere congratulations on this great victory.
